Savage Art Studios (SAS) provides artists with a fun, professional and supportive environment in which to create their art. Located south of the Minnesota River in the southern Minneapolis/St. Paul metro community of Savage. SAS was established in 2006 and is operated by artists for artists. The central goal of SAS is to empower artists by providing working studios that are affordable, safe and open. The vision for SAS is shared by the City of Savage who has been instrumental in making the dream a reality. All artists or photographers are juried into a studio, so you know you will be working next to someone of professional work and standards.
